A full seeding job from scratch.

First the ground was treated with a weed killer.
Then the ground needed to be levelled due to a large dip running across the lawn from the fence to the path.
A pre-seed fertilizer was spread and a shade tolerant grass seed selected and spread and as it was so late in the year (30th September) the ground was covered with garden fleece and watered in.
The seed germinated and fleece was removed 10 days later, and the grass had its first cut 17 days later.
